Not completely comfortable with the precise choice of that neologism. I’d have preferred post-scheduling or something. Although that is due to a difference in focus. In the original concept \u2013 from<\/a> The Now Habit<\/em> \u2013 the emphasis is on scheduling not-work, and filling in the blank spaces with work after each period. By contrast, I’m interested not merely in the category of \u201creduce procrastination\u201d, but also in the related \u201cawareness and variation of activities\u201d.<\/p>\n

In any case, as a strategy, it should achieve a number of immediate and long term effects. This includes increasing consciousness of the choices made, and also as a consequence help build a listing of choices available.
