The development of digital writing seems to have evolved in two main channels. Initially in <a href=\"http:\/\/thetravellerslastjourney.com\/shai\/all-posts\/evernote-entries\/\">Evernote<\/a> (mainly throughout 2013-14) and later on (mainly in 2017) using the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Gmail\">Gmail mail application<\/a>. Some of Shai\u2019s longest compositions, eg. \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/thetravellerslastjourney.com\/shai\/2017\/03\/26\/constellations-in-hebrew\/\">Constellations in Hebrew<\/a>\u201c, and \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/thetravellerslastjourney.com\/shai\/2017\/08\/31\/howl\/\">Howl<\/a>\u201d, were written in Gmail.<br \/>\n<span class=\"\" style=\"display:block;clear:both;height: 0px;padding-top: 10px;border-top-width:0px;border-bottom-width:0px;\"><\/span>\nAltogether, <a href=\"http:\/\/thetravellerslastjourney.com\/shai\/all-posts\/gmail-drafts\/\">39 Gmail Drafts<\/a> are recorded in this compilation.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">There\u2019s a great new study that shows <strong>how similar vertebrates\u2019 and insects\u2019 brains are<\/strong>. The scientists conducted <strong>molecular<\/strong>, <strong>developmental<\/strong>, <strong>genetic<\/strong>, <strong>structural<\/strong>\/<strong>morphological<\/strong>, <strong>neurochemical<\/strong>, <strong>neurological<\/strong>, <em>and<\/em> <strong>higher-order function tests<\/strong>!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">So maybe that\u2019s cool<sup>1<\/sup>, but no real surprise<sup>2.<\/sup><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px; text-align: justify;\"><sup>1<\/sup>. It\u2019s actually super amazing cool.<br \/>\n<sup>2<\/sup>. Well, not to someone with a reasonable education in biology.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">But I think this is a highly useful study. It\u2019s a fantastically convincing, hard<em>er<\/em>-to-deny, description of how similar all living things are, and in particular, the natures (quality) and degrees (quantity) of that <u>similarity<\/u>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Although it&#8217;s a separate issue, often evolution-deniers are people who prefer <em>not<\/em> to think about that <u>similarity<\/u>. The reason for that being that it makes it look <em>like <\/em>evolution.
